Adding a new customer is easy in Onsite Pro. Just select 'Customers' from the top of the dash board and click 'Create new'.
You will then be presented with the screen below. Add your client's basic details in here including the credit limit you have set for them (leave blank if you do not work with credit limits) and also set their default deposit value for new jobs (leave blank if this is not applicable - you can always change this later too) and also your payment terms (in days)
NB: A lot of companies have multiple addresses we will show you how to add those in another section This should be the companies primary/head office address.
Please note: make sure to use proper formatting of the postcode (IE: the space) and the built-in Onsite Pro mapping system will correctly locate the address. (for internal use and also your engineers)
Once you have clicked created customer you will be taken to their individual customer management screen. (you can access this anytime from the 'browse all' link in the customer section)
Here you can add a specific company account code if you wish, their Vat number, and edit items such as credit limit, etc. You will notice the tabs that run across the top of this section, here you can add multiple addresses, multiple contacts, add in the house (you see them only) notes, view, edit and create quotes, orders, jobs, invoices and any credit notes you have issues.
