Once you have signed up, you would have been asked to set a cloud address or company code. This is used for accessing your main Onsite Pro account. Most people set their company name to access the Onsite Pro service, so you would enter: http://companyname.onsitepro.im
You’ll also use the same company code to log in to your account on your mobile device.
Once you go to your designated onsitepro.im address your Mac or PC, simply login with your username and password provided in the welcome email and then we recommend changing your password to something more memorable.
